Problem Description:
Searching for metrics in the VMware Aria Operations for Application User Interface(UI) under Browse menu, the section returns an error intermittently.
Refreshing the browser page will load the searched for details.
Issue seen as intermittent, when first loading the page or while performing searching queries.
Cause:
A failed network request is likely to result in this error. If network connectivity is unstable, retrying may resolve the issue
Error Messages/Messages:
There was an error retrieving data, please try again later
Resolution:
Wait until the page is fully loaded before entering your search criteria.
For intermittent errors, refreshing the page will resolve this message.
